Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your preferred texture, length, and quantity, then add your items to cart and proceed to our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase and order details.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout South Africa and Internationally.

How long does delivery take?

As many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during checkout and communicated in your confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping may be available depending on your location and the products ordered. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Yes. We proudly offer premium 100% human hair across our collections.

What's the difference between the Signature Collection and the Luxe Collection?

Signature Collection
Our Signature Collection features premium Single Donor Virgin Human Hair, offering exceptional softness, natural shine, and long-lasting quality at incredible value.

Luxe Collection
Our Luxe Collection features premium Single Donor Raw Human Hair. Raw hair is minimally processed, making it the highest quality option for those seeking maximum longevity, natural texture, and styling versatility.

What does Single Donor mean?

Single Donor Hair is collected from one individual donor, ensuring the hair maintains a consistent texture, colour, and quality from root to tip.

What's the difference between Virgin Hair and Raw Hair?

Virgin Hair has not been chemically processed and maintains excellent quality while offering a polished appearance.

Raw Hair is the purest form of human hair. It undergoes minimal processing, retains its natural cuticle alignment, and is renowned for its exceptional lifespan and authentic texture.

Can I colour or bleach the hair?

Yes. Our human hair can be professionally coloured, toned, or bleached. For best results, we recommend using an experienced stylist, as chemical processing should always be performed with care.

Can I straighten or curl the hair?

Absolutely. Our human hair can be heat styled just like your own natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive temperatures to maximise longevity.

Will the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with all human hair. With proper installation and maintenance, shedding should remain minimal.

Does the hair tangle?

With proper care, our hair remains soft and manageable. Tangling is typically caused by product build-up, improper maintenance, or sleeping without protecting the hair.

How long does the hair last?

The lifespan of your hair depends on installation, maintenance, and frequency of wear. With proper care, our premium human hair can provide beautiful wear for an extended period.


Bundles

How many bundles do I need?

• 12"–18": 2 to 3 bundles

• 20"–24": 3 bundles

• 26"–30": 3 to 4 bundles

• 32" and longer: 4 or more bundles for maximum fullness

Can I mix different lengths?

Yes. Many customers combine multiple lengths to achieve a layered, fuller look.

Can I mix different textures?

While possible, we generally recommend keeping the same texture throughout your install for the most seamless finish.

Can my bundles be custom coloured before shipping?

Yes! We offer a custom colouring service for customers who would like their bundles professionally coloured before dispatch. Hair can be custom dyed in a range of shades, including up to Blonde #613, depending on your desired look.

As each colouring request is completed specifically for you, this service carries an additional charge and must be arranged with our team before placing your order. Please contact us with your colour requirements so we can confirm availability, provide a custom quotation, and advise on processing times before your purchase is completed.


HD Lace Closures

What is an HD Lace Closure?

HD Lace is an ultra-thin, premium lace designed to blend naturally with your scalp, creating an almost invisible finish.

What's the difference between a 5x5 and 6x6 closure?

The numbers refer to the lace size.

A 5x5 Closure offers excellent coverage and a natural-looking part.

A 6x6 Closure provides a larger lace area, giving you greater styling flexibility and a wider, more realistic parting space.

What is a Wear N Go Wig?

Wear N Go Wigs are designed for convenience, allowing you to achieve a beautiful look in minutes with minimal styling required.

Are your wigs beginner friendly?

Yes. Our Wear N Go collection is ideal for both beginners and experienced wig wearers.

Can I style my wig?

Yes. As our wigs are made from human hair, they can be styled using heat tools and professionally coloured where appropriate.

Do you offer custom-made wigs?

Yes! In addition to our ready-to-wear collection, we also offer bespoke custom-made wigs tailored to your preferences. Whether you're looking for a specific texture, length, density, lace size, cap construction, or colour, we'll work with you to create a wig that suits your individual needs. As each custom wig is uniquely crafted, pricing is provided upon enquiry based on your selected specifications.


Hair Care

How should I wash my hair?

Use a sulphate-free shampoo followed by a moisturising conditioner. Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.

How often should I wash my extensions?

Generally every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on product build-up and frequency of wear.

Can I swim while wearing my hair?

Yes, but we recommend rinsing the hair immediately after exposure to chlorine or salt water and following up with a nourishing conditioner.

How should I store my hair?

Store your hair clean, dry, and in a satin bag or protective storage when not in use.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, returns are only accepted on unused items that remain in their original packaging and meet our return policy requirements.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue, and we'll work quickly to resolve it.
