Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Baddie Bundle Club, we are committed to delivering premium-quality hair products as efficiently and securely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed once full payment has been successfully received and verified. As many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier fulfilment.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

We proudly ship throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • South Africa:  5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Delivery times may be extended during peak trading periods, promotional events, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Supplier Fulfilment

To ensure access to our premium collection, certain products may be shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partners.

Where applicable, orders may arrive in separate shipments if multiple products are sourced from different fulfilment locations.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

The Baddie Bundle Club has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

The Baddie Bundle Club shall not be responsible for delays, additional courier charges, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

Delivery estimates do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

The Baddie Bundle Club shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather events, supplier processing, transportation disruptions, strikes, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date at baddiebundleclub@gmail.com.

We will work with the courier to investigate the matter and provide updates throughout the claims process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information supplied.
