2. Products

The Baddie Bundle Club specialises in premium human hair products, including hair bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and related accessories.

As our products are made from natural human hair, slight variations in colour, texture, curl pattern, density, shine, lace appearance, and overall characteristics may occur. Such natural variations do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are intended for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may differ slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, editing, and the natural characteristics of human hair.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, The Baddie Bundle Club reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel incorrectly priced orders, or issue an appropriate refund where necessary.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or additional delivery fees remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or decline any order at our sole discretion, including where fraud is suspected, incorrect pricing has occurred, products become unavailable, or payment cannot be successfully verified.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully received before an order will be processed.

We utilise secure third-party payment providers. The Baddie Bundle Club does not store customers' payment card information and accepts no liability arising from the services provided by independent payment processors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs authorities, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, certain products may not qualify for return once opened, worn, installed, altered, coloured, washed, chemically treated, or otherwise used.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate billing and shipping information.
Reviewing their order before completing checkout.
Following all recommended product care instructions.
Ensuring products are suitable for their intended use before installation or alteration.

9. Intellectual Property
