Return & Refund Policy

At The Baddie Bundle Club, we are committed to providing premium-quality human hair extensions and wigs. As many of our products are sourced and prepared specifically for each customer, we kindly ask that you read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we can only accept return requests if:

  • The return request is submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn and unaltered.

  • The hair has not been washed, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, cut, installed or otherwise modified.

  • The product remains in its original packaging with all security ties, tags and seals fully intact.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, any product that has been opened, worn, altered or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Custom-made wigs.

  • Custom-coloured hair.

  • Hair that has been cut, styled, washed, bleached or chemically treated.

  • Clearance, promotional or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Your order number.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product, its packaging and the courier shipping label.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include:

  • Your order number.

  • A detailed explanation of the suspected defect.

  • Clear photographs and, where requested, video evidence of the issue.

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Products that have been installed, washed, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, cut, styled or otherwise altered cannot be assessed as manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged during transit or incorrectly supplied.

Where an exchange is approved, any difference in product price or shipping costs may apply.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or an approved manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend returning items using a tracked and insured courier service, as The Baddie Bundle Club cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Order Cancellations

As our products are prepared specifically for each order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order, provided that processing has not yet commenced.

Once an order has entered processing, production, customisation, packaging or dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation. Where required by law, your statutory consumer rights will always apply.
